Privacy policy
This policy describes what this website does with your information. The pages themselves are static and collect nothing from the people who read them. There are exactly two things that change that — the booking calendar, on the pages that carry it, and the question form, on every marketing page — and this page says plainly what each one does.
What this site collects
The pages themselves collect nothing.
Reading this site — the home page, the executive assistant page, the personal assistant page, or this one — involves no analytics, no tracking, and no field you have typed into. Nothing on these pages asks who you are, and nothing on them would know if you told it.
Two things are different, because they exist to let you get in touch: the booking calendar on the home page and the executive assistant page, and the short question form on every marketing page. Both send what you give them to a company that keeps it for us, and they are described in the next two sections. Neither one runs, and neither one collects anything, unless you use it.
The booking calendar
The calendar on the booking section of the home page and the executive assistant page is an embedded scheduler operated by Go HighLevel (HighLevel Inc.), loaded in an iframe from leadconnectorhq.com. It is a third party, and one of three on this site; the other two, Google and Viktor, receive the form described in the next section. The personal assistant page has no calendar.
When you book a call through it, you give it your name, your email address, any other detail its form asks for, and the slot you chose. It also works out your time zone and sets its own cookies in your browser so it can hold your place through the booking. That information goes to Go HighLevel, and Beside AI reads it there in order to hold the call with you.
The calendar loads and behaves under Go HighLevel's own privacy policy as well as this one. If you would rather not use it, the alternative is to email us — the address is at the bottom of this page — and nothing on this site will have collected anything about you.
The "ask a question" form
What you type into it is sent to Google when you press "Send question".
The short form on the booking section of every marketing page files what you wrote to a spreadsheet we keep on Google Sheets, through a small script running on Google's servers. What is sent is what you filled in — your name, your email address, the option you selected, and your message — together with which page you sent it from and the time you sent it. It is filed there so that a person at Beside AI can read it and reply to you, and it is held under Google's terms as a processor as well as this policy. A copy of the same submission is also sent to Viktor (viktor.com), the assistant we work with, which posts it to our internal team chat so we see new enquiries quickly; that copy is held under Viktor's terms as a processor as well. No copy is kept on this website, and the form sets no cookies in your browser.
If that send fails for any reason, the form falls back to what it used to do: it assembles what you wrote into a pre-addressed email and hands it to your own mail application, and nothing happens until you press send there yourself. Either way, nothing leaves your browser until you press "Send question".
Cookies and tracking
Beside AI sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Specifically, this site does not run:
- Analytics of any kind — no Google Analytics, no Vercel Analytics, no privacy-preserving alternative, none.
- Advertising or conversion pixels, retargeting tags, or a tag manager of our own.
- Session recording, heatmaps, or scroll tracking.
- Cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage.
- Web fonts. Every typeface on this site is one already installed on your device.
The booking calendar, which appears on the home page, on the 90-Day Build page, on the PE & VC page and on each of the three Other pages, is the exception, and it is a large one. Loading any of those pages pulls from eight origins, measured on 17 August 2026: link.msgsndr.com, api.leadconnectorhq.com, backend.leadconnectorhq.com, stcdn.leadconnectorhq.com, storage.googleapis.com, fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com and connect.facebook.net. That last one is a Meta tracking script the widget loads on its own initiative, not at our request. The calendar sets its own cookies, and those cookies are Go HighLevel's, not ours.
The "ask a question" form, which is on the home page, reaches one more origin, script.google.com, and only at the moment you submit it. It sets no cookies and loads nothing; it is a single outbound request carrying what you typed.
Everything else the pages need is served from this domain. The About page and this page carry no calendar and load nothing from anywhere else at all.
Hosting
This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like every web host, Vercel's servers process the technical details that arrive with any request — your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string — in order to deliver the page and to keep the service running and secure. That happens at the infrastructure level for every site on the internet, and Beside AI does not read, export, analyse, or retain it. It is governed by Vercel's own privacy policy.
Your data rights
Rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection all apply to information a business holds about you. If you have never booked a call, sent the form, or emailed us, we hold nothing about you and there is nothing here to request, correct, or delete.
If you have booked a call or sent the form, we hold what you gave the calendar or typed into the form, and we hold it for as long as there is a live conversation plus a reasonable period after it. Write to the address at the bottom of this page and we will show you what that is, correct it, or delete it.
If you go on to become a client, that is a separate relationship with its own records and its own agreement. This policy covers the website, not the engagement.
Children
This site is aimed at adults, and specifically at the people who own and run small service firms. It is not directed at children, it collects nothing from or about children, and it collects nothing from anybody who does not book a call or send the form.
Changes to this policy
The date at the top of this page is the date it was last changed. This policy will be revised when the site starts doing something it does not do today — a new place the form sends to, a new embed that loads from somewhere else, or a page that collects something the others don't.
