One partner, not a stack of vendors

One partner helps you build the AI systems your business ends up owning.

Twice a month, we work inside your business to build real AI workflows — the kind your team runs on its own once we're done, instead of tools from five different vendors.

A standing colleague leans in over a seated colleague's desk and reaches to his open laptop, showing him something on the screen while he follows along.

ChatGPT didn't fail you. You never got an operating system that you can manage.

Most business owners open a chat, get a decent draft, and still do the real work by hand. The business stays in your head. The team still waits on you.

You re-explain the business every time

Context lives in your memory. Each new chat starts from zero, so output stays generic and you stop trusting it.

AI is "your thing," not the team's

Without shared skills and rules, nobody else can run the same play. You become the bottleneck again.

Tools without a workflow

Notes in one place, pipelines in another, follow-ups in your inbox. AI can't steady the business if the path isn't defined.

You don't want a vendor who keeps the keys

Done-for-you sounds easy until you can't change a prompt without booking another month. You need ownership, not dependency.

Be one of the first to adopt AI with ROI and efficiency in mind

Third-party market data, not Beside AI results. The two IBM figures are separate findings from one survey, not two independent studies. Sources open in a new tab.

We sit with you, build in the open, and leave you able to run it.

(but will always be a phone call away)

Four people gathered close around one end of a wooden table, leaning in over printed pages and coffee cups while one of them points something out.
  1. 1

Name the workflow that pays for the month

One concrete example: intake, status updates, client reports, follow-up cadence. If you can't name it, we'll help you find one.

  2. 2

    Two 45-minute working sessions

Screen share. We build the agent, skill, or protocol with you in the room using plain English. You see every decision. Nothing gets implemented that you don't understand.

  3. 3

Documentation we write for your team

We make clear documentation so your team knows exactly how to run it and how to manage it. Ownership is the software, not a private setup only we can touch.

  4. 4

Offline support on what you're building

Questions on what you're building: get a response within 12 business hours.

  5. 5

Leading AI practice, taught to your team

We'll educate them on the leading-practice AI standards and use cases in the workplace, and make sure they stay up to date.

  6. 6

A solid owned workflow in 30 days

Month one is tied to delivering that owned workflow standard. If we don't deliver it, you get a full refund. Plain terms.

Per month

The same engagement, once the first spots are gone.

  • Two 45-minute sessions a month, screen-shared. We build with you, in plain English, and teach your team to do it themselves.
  • We look at where AI fits in your business, and go deep on whatever your team wants to learn first.
  • One workflow a month is what we're aiming for — built with you, owned by your team.
  • Text or email support, 12-business-hour response, on anything you're building or asking about AI.
  • Written docs for how it runs, when it runs, and how to change it.

Common questions

Is this done-for-you?

No. It's done-with-you. Two live sessions a month, build in the open, docs so you own it.

Do I need technical experience?

No. We explain everything in plain English, and everything we do on the call is in plain English.

We already tried ChatGPT. Why is this different?

Chat tools answer prompts. Businesses need named workflows, shared skills, and rules the team can repeat. We wire AI into how the work actually moves — intake through follow-up — and teach your people to extend it.

We're only 8 people. Is this too heavy?

No. This is built for small teams, not enterprises. Eight people is exactly where the owner bottleneck hurts most — too big to keep it all in your head, too small to need a company-wide system. We pick one workflow that matters and make it owned, not a full rollout.

What do we need before the first session?

A manual workflow that exists today, named in one sentence, that we can turn into an agentic partner for you — something achievable inside 30 days. Plus access to the tools where the work already lives, and both decision-makers willing to be on the sessions. If it's fuzzy, we tighten it on the call or we part clean.

What happens between sessions?

You run what we built and keep building with the docs. Async support covers questions on that work within 12 business hours. It is not a catch-all helpdesk for every idea in the business.

What if month one doesn't produce the owned workflow?

Full refund on the month-one standard we agreed. That's the deal. We'd rather return the fee than leave you with a half-setup you can't run.

What the 45 minutes covers

  • 1The workflow that's stuck, in your words.
  • 2Whether a month of working sessions would actually move it.
  • 3Terms, scope, and a straight yes or no — from either side.
